It has been seen that when writing a new note it is possible to attach files to it, but when replying with a comment to a note, this function is not possible.
This functionality is not natively developed in Hubspot, so it is not possible in any way to attach files in comments of notes already registered in the CRM.

It does not matter that the previous note is not being answered, since all the notes will be stored chronologically in the ticket record, and thanks to the mentions, we will be able to make the recipient/recipients aware of its content.
