Sometimes it will be necessary to include emails written in Outlook (not yet registered in the CRM) in tickets already generated in Hubspot, for this we have the "Hubspot Sales" plugin installed in our Outlook client
In this case, we start from a situation in which we have a ticket in the CRM that we are managing, but we are interested in including in said ticket, an email chain not yet registered that we are dealing with from Outlook.
To do this, with the plug-in installed in our Outlook email client, in the response email composition window:
We will check the two available boxes, in the plugin section, in the toolbar at the top.
Once the mail has been written, before sending it, we will review the records that will be produced, since we will only record the mail in the tickets.
For it:
We will click on the registration button and we will proceed to search for the ticket in which we want to register it:
And we make sure you don't sign up anywhere else.
To do this, before sending the email, we confirm that there is only one record, the ticket:
From this moment, when sending the mail, we will be able to see it registered in the indicated ticket and we will be able to work from the CRM.
You can find more information on this in the official Hubspot documentation.
