How can I monitor a ticket that I am not the owner of?

Sometimes we will not be the active owner of the ticket, but it will be necessary to keep us informed about the activity that is registered in it.

Hubspot allows each user to be a "follower" of the objects that are registered in the CRM. Tickets, as such, are records that can be "followed", so that, despite not being the owner of the ticket, you notify us about the activity that is collected in it.

To activate this functionality, it is enough to activate some notifications in each user, carrying out the following 3 simple steps:

  1. Access our profile settings:
  2. Access the notification section of the PC application:
  3. Activate the corresponding notification:

Once this type of notification is activated, accessing the ticket that we want to “monitor”, we can “follow” it and be informed of all its activity, receiving notifications accordingly.

The functionality is simply activated/deactivated, by checking the notification indicated previously in the account settings section.
